Ingrid Carozzi of Tin Can Studios

Ingrid Carozzi is considered one of the leading designers in the sustainable floral design movement. A graphic designer turned passionate florist and was named “Best Florist” in New York Magazine within the same year as founding Tin Can Studios.

When designing for events and weddings, Ingrid brings her creative talent and charm to the process, putting together stunning color palettes and eye-catching materials to tell various carefully composed stories with her arrangements and installs.
She is the author of three floral design books Flowers by DesignHandpicked (Abrams), and bestseller Brooklyn Flowers (Massolit). In addition, she has been featured in “New York in Bloom” (Abrams), “Flowers, Art & Design” (Assouline), and “Blooms: Contemporary Floral Design (Phaidon), which features several of the best floral designers in the world. 
Ingrid attracts students from all over the world to workshops and master classes in sustainable floral design, as she has a true passion for sharing and teaching others in the industry. She travels frequently to teach in locations such as Los Angeles, Mexico City, and Stockholm.


Ingrid’s floral design studio, Tin Can Studios, based in Brooklyn, New York, is highly sought after for creating innovative arrangements and installations as well as awe-inspiring floral experiences for corporate events and weddings. Ingrid’s signature style is recognized for lush, asymmetrical floral arrangements and installations, as well as eye-catching color compositions and ingredients.  Clients such as Anna Wintour, Martha Stewart, Chef Eric Ripert, John Legend, Takashi Murakami, The Queen of Sweden, and Carolina Herrera, to name a few.
