Founders members research and document gardens for submission to the Smithsonian Institution’s Archives of American Gardens (AAG). This collection, with roots tracing back to 1916, maintains a collection of more than 60,000 images from Colonial times to today, documenting cultivated gardens of design and historical significance throughout the United States.
